Re: Learning to work in teams

The best and most natural way for children to learn how to work in teams is through**play**! Children need more time to **play** with other children in an unstructured environment that is loosely supervised by adults. A good example of such and environment would be the **play** seen at the beach of the ocean or lake. ( There are many other excellent examples that I and others could provide.)

Re: Classroom technology

What is needed are certifiable qualifying exams ( as suggested by Charles Murray.) Elrmentary and high school courses are available online through the Internet. One example is Kahn Academy. What is lacking is a means for the student to prove to others that he has mastered the material.

Finally,... our nation's classrooms don't use 20th century methods. They use 19th century methods imported from militaristic Prussia. If parents had full access to vouchers we would soon see a complete end to the inefficient, prison-like, outrageously expensive, and inhumane Prussian model of schooling.
