This persuades more parents who highly value education to buy into the community which now becomes populated with parents who highly value education. The percentage of students whose parents highly value education will rise. Student achievement will increase because both the students and their parents highly value education. When parents who care greatly about their children’s education buy into a community where their are many other parents who care greatly about their children’s education, the schools in that community become better.
