		<description>Frustration because the schools don&#039;t babysit their kids.  No where did it mention any of them being worried about their childs actual education.  Furthermore, the neighborhood isn&#039;t safe.  Strike aside, maybe the real issues with Chicago&#039;s education came out in this article.</description>
