It is hurtful the child who suffers the abuse and also to the children who witness it and live in fear that they will be the next target. Why would any **rational** parent send their child into any school where they would regularly encounter messages such as, “You’re worthless”, or “Everybody hates you,”?

It is hurtful the child who suffers the abuse and also to the children who witness it and live in fear that they will be the next target.
