		<description>Of course, this is not a surprise to me.  I&#039;m a science teacher and students have awful problem solving skills.  To make matters worse, we don&#039;t hold them accountable to study or learn, apparently this only necessary for educators themselves, with little help from most parents.     By offering test retakes, accepting late assignments, and poor behavior, most of these things are forced upon us by administrators, why would we expect anything different.  I can only imagine the employers&#039; frustrations.  Reading and study skills will directly relate to job skills and life long work ethics.</description>
