Since this strike is actually a strike against the citizens of the district most of the time the district can absorb the 7-10% the Unions threaten to strike over. This is a whopping 30%. Seriously? In today's economic picture they want 30% more. I say make them prove they are worth that raise and make it merit based on their teaching abilities.
