		<description>The problems in that particular school system so dwarf the ones Americans are dealing with that it makes me a little ashamed, to be honest. We won&#039;t get very far with a debate of who has it worse, but if this poverty and illness-stricken country can pull together to make sure their children are well-educated, why can&#039;t we?</description>
