I'd love to dispense with homework, but the time factor is a killer. And where do schools find the money to pay Kay's teacher to spend 9 hours a week with her class (and two other teachers to do the same with the other two classes Kay's teacher would have otehrwise taught)?

In a regular 3 credit class, the student should be spending 3 hours in class and 6 hours outside of class on the subject. If Kays' 3 credit class has 9 contact hours each week with Kays, there is no need for any homework. If there are only 3 contact hours and no homework, the class should be changed to a 1 credit class.
