I think this is a unique situation because these were all early-admission graduates. Their acceptance is binding on the students, meaning that by applying they commit to attend if accepted. It hardly seems fair that the school is not similarly bound.

I read a bunch of parents are planning to sue. I’m not sure what the basis for the lawsuit will be though.
