		<description>I would agree with your argument and add that it drove more and more students to a tradtional 4 year college when that was not what every student was going to excel at thereby producing a society today where 6 out of every 10 adults 35 - 65 are not in a profession that has anything to do with their degree. It has also been repeatedly highlighted by Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Michael Dell, etc. - all smart enough to get into college but only became sucessful when they were able to get out and be entrepreneurial.
