Aren't great, creative and hard working teachers tired of footing the bill for those who don't work hard and get paid the same or more because of tenure and collective bargaining? Aren't teachers getting tired of unions spending hundreds of milloin dollars of their dues to lobby instead of it going to help them and the educational system? Unions hve become power oriented and not people oriented. Aren’t teachers getting tired of unions taking their money and telling them what to do ?
