		<description>Ever hear of neighborhood schools?  Isn&#039;t this what you would expect.  I guess you could A.  bus kids past their closest school to farther ones or B. make people live in neighborhoods they don&#039;t want.  Wonder if charter and private schools have anything to do with this also?   Are kids leaving the public school for &quot;better&quot; schools leaving minorities behind?</description>
