		<description>What??? No change (or no real change) in test scores!!! I&#039;m shocked.  Some of those 1000 teachers deserve to be gone, what about the ones that don&#039;t and would they have been gone with the testing accounting for 35% instead of 50%?  At least morale must be high.</description>
