York City students can breathe a sigh of relief; their principal soon might not be needed to cover classes anymore. The York City school board is mulling a contract with a substitute teacher service to cover teachers when they're out sick or using vacation time. The school board could spend $50,000 to hire Delaware County-based Substitute Teacher Service, which employs and dispatches substitute teachers to school districts when needed.
