using our print and fax form (PDF), or using your school or district purchase order. Institute registration fees are for the entire two and one-half day Institute. Your registration includes all materials, snacks and lunch each day. One day registrations are not available.

Institute Registration Fee:  The early registration fee is $499 per person. After October 31, the registration is $599 per person, and after February 27, 2009 and on-site the fee is $699.
