Many Americans see issues such as mental health screening as simply a national concern. However, the issue of mental health has been an international one as well for years. For example, on May 15, 1995, a panel of international experts called for a U.N.-sponsored summit to discuss the impact of mental health problems on society. This was according to a May 20, 1995, WASHINGTON TIMES news item titled "Poor Mental Health," which also reported that "the experts, sponsored in part by Harvard Medical School, briefed U.N. Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali on a report that says problems linked to mental health threaten international stability."

To show how this issue is at work today, just consider the Afghan man who was recently charged with committing a capital offense punishable by death because he had converted from Islam to Christianity. There was great international relief when news was forthcoming that the man's life was spared. However, his life was spared not because religious conversion is no longer a crime, but because of so-called lack of evidence and "suspected mental illness." Think about it----does anyone's conversion from Islam to Christianity cause her or him to be "suspected" of being "mentally ill"?

But one doesn't have to go outside of the U.S. to find "mental illness" charges against people who are Christians. For instance, in February 2000, the National Center for Hate Crime Prevention Education Development Center, Inc., published RESPONDING TO HATE CRIME: A MULTIDISCIPLINARY CURRICULUM for Law Enforcement and Victim Assistance Professionals. This document was funded by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime, and on page 51 under "Offender Characteristics" states: "Often psychotic, suffering from mental illness that may cause hallucinations, impaired ability to reason, and withdrawal from other people." Under "Motivation," it states: "Believe they have been instructed by a higher order (God,...) to rid the world of this evil."

Then on page 55, the document explains under "Hate Group Ideology" that such people "often blame the federal government...for most of this country's problems," and "some groups include apocalyptic Christianity in their ideology and believe we are in, or approaching, a period of violence and social turmoil that will precede the Second Coming of Christ." In other words, just like Jeff Foxworthy's "You might be a redneck if...," the federal government believes you might be part of a "hate group" if you believe in THE HOLY BIBLE's Book of Revelation and that Jesus will return to Earth in The End Times ! Thus, the assault upon Christian values is both international and national.

Concerning education, remember that on October 3, 2003, U.S. Secretary of Education Rod Paige in Paris remarked that "the United States is pleased to return to UNESCO....Our governments have entrusted us with the responsibility of preparing our children to become citizens of the world." The ultimate goal of the globalists is to have all children of all nations think globally rather than nationally in terms of values. For example, in June 2003, George Walker, director-general of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, said that the IB program "remains committed to changing children's values so they think globally, rather than in parochial terms from their own country's viewpoint."

This previous quote was from George Archibald's column, "Learning Globally" (THE WASHINGTON TIMES, January 18, 2004), which began as follows: "The Bush administration has begun issuing grants to help spread a United Nations-sponsored school program that aims to become a 'universal curriculum' for teaching global citizenship, peace studies and equality of world cultures. The goal is to devise a curriculum to teach 'a set of culturally neutral universal values to which all people aspire,' based on human rights, equality of the sexes and 'open-mindedness to change and obligation to environmental protection and sustainable development.' The U.S. Education Department has issued its first $1.2 million grant to implement the European-based IB program in middle schools....An IB regulation accepted by participating American schools requires that all tests and written papers of American students sent to Europe for grading or evaluation 'become the absolute property' of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) in Geneva'."

And relevant to social control, the goal of the power elite is to "eliminate" the barely educated, unhealthy and poor segment of our country. In case you think this statement is too extreme, consider the fact that it is exactly what Ron Weddington wrote to Bill Clinton. Ron Weddington was co-counsel with his wife, Sarah Weddington, in the Roe v. Wade case before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973. On January 6, 1993, Ron Weddington wrote in a letter to Betsey Wright of Bill Clinton's presidential transition team that he and Sarah were discussing setting up a non-profit corporation to license and distribute the abortifacient RU486. Enclosed with this letter was a "Dear President-To-Be Clinton" letter, in which Weddington stated: "You can start immediately to eliminate the barely educated, unhealthy and poor segment of our country....The problem is that their numbers are not only replaced but increased by the birth of millions of babies to people who can't afford to have babies. There, I've said it.

It's what we all know is true, but we only whisper it....Government is also going to have to provide vasectomies, tubal ligations and abortions...RU486 and conventional abortions. You could do it, Mr. President-To-Be. You are articulate and you've already alienated the religious right with your positions on abortion and homosexuals. The middle-class taxpayer will go along with this plan because it will mean fewer dollars for welfare. The retirees will also go along because poor people contribute very little to Social Security....We don't need more poor babies." Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger's eugenic philosophy unfortunately is still alive and well today !
