Bill Cosby to help with a student retention effort Wayne

Comedian Bill Cosby is to join Detroit Public Schools Emergency Financial Manager Robert Bobb on Tuesday to help with the district's "I'm In" student retention campaign. The $500,000 advertising effort to retain and recruit students started earlier this month.
